Terms of Service

By creating an account, accessing the ISTRUCTURE website, or installing our iOS/Android apps, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 18, legally able to enter contracts, and not resident in a jurisdiction where tokenized real-estate offerings are prohibited. Completion of KYC/AML is required before you can invest, trade, or withdraw.

ISTRUCTURE provides a marketplace where verified real estate is fractionalized into tokens. You may buy, hold, and sell tokens; receive rental yield distributions; and use ancillary tools (alerts, portfolio, recurring buys). We are not your investment adviser, broker, or tax adviser.

• Real estate values, rents, and FX rates can fall as well as rise. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
• Tokens may become illiquid — the order book may thin, and you may not be able to sell immediately or at your preferred price.
• Regulatory changes in Nigeria or your home jurisdiction may affect the service.
• Custody, settlement, and payment providers introduce third-party counterparty risk.

Only invest amounts you can afford to lose.

Trading, deposit, withdrawal, listing, and success fees are disclosed in-app before you confirm any transaction. Fees may change; updates are effective from the date shown in the Fees screen.

You may not use ISTRUCTURE for money laundering, sanctions evasion, market manipulation, unauthorized automated access, or on behalf of a third party without disclosure. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these rules.

Fiat balances are held with regulated banking partners. Crypto deposits are received into platform-controlled wallets and reconciled to your account. Token records live on our ledger; property SPVs hold legal title to the underlying asset.

The ISTRUCTURE name, logo, brand, and software are our property. You get a limited, revocable licence to use the app for its intended purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ISTRUCTURE is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for market losses on your investments. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You may close your account at any time after settling open positions. We may suspend or close accounts for breach, legal risk, or prolonged inactivity, on reasonable notice where possible.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes are resolved by the courts of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja, without prejudice to consumer rights in your home jurisdiction.
