Start the application
Open Developers → Apply. The screen covers company track record, delivered units, land title status, offtake and funding stack.

Answer honestly
The score is a filter, not a test to game — inconsistent answers surface during document review and reset the process.

Read your score band
You'll see a band with the specific gaps that pulled the score down, such as unperfected title or missing audited accounts.

Fix and resubmit
Close the flagged gaps, upload evidence and resubmit. Approved developers unlock the financing marketplace.
