Break the build into verifiable milestones — foundation, superstructure, roofing, finishing. Drawdowns are released against milestone evidence.

The project is reviewed against your bankability score before it goes live to funders.

Manage drawdowns
Upload progress photos, engineer reports and invoices per milestone. Approved milestones release the next tranche.

Report and repay
Keep the project timeline updated. Repayments and investor reporting run from the same project record.
