Open the approval queue
Admin → Listings shows pending media grouped by property, with uploader and timestamp.

Check before approving
Reject stock imagery, watermarked agency photos, screenshots and anything that misrepresents the asset.

Set cover and order
Choose the cover image and order the gallery so the strongest exterior leads.

Publish
Only approved media is publicly readable — nothing pending is exposed, even by direct file URL.
