Step by step

Pick a property
Browse the live listings — most are Abuja rental and landed assets. Open one to see the valuation, rent roll, yield, occupancy and legal documents.

Read the media gallery and documents
Photos, video walkthroughs, title documents and the survey plan all sit on the property page. Only admin-approved media is published.

Open the order ticket
Choose Buy. Market fills immediately at the best available price; Limit lets you set the maximum price you'll pay and waits on the order book.

Set your amount
Enter an amount from $100 upward, or a token quantity. The ticket shows fees, slippage protection and the total before you confirm.

Confirm and check your portfolio
Once filled, the position appears in your portfolio with average cost, current price and unrealised P&L.

Use market when you want certainty of getting filled, and limit when you care more about the price than the timing.
