How yield is calculated
Net rent after management costs is divided across tokens outstanding and distributed monthly, pro-rata to your holding on the record date.

Find your distributions
Wallet → Transactions lists each distribution with the property, period and amount. The dashboard shows your blended running yield.

Reinvest or withdraw
Reinvest from the wallet into any live property, or request a withdrawal to your saved bank or crypto destination.

Withdrawal review
Withdrawals are reviewed by an operator against your KYC name before release. Status is visible end-to-end in your history.
