Read the book
Bids sit on the left, asks on the right. The spread between best bid and best ask tells you the real cost of an immediate exit.

Place a sell
Open the ticket, switch to Sell, choose market for speed or limit to name your price. You can sell a fraction of your holding.

Manage open orders
Open orders show fill progress and can be cancelled at any time while unfilled.

Settle to wallet
Proceeds land in your wallet balance, ready to redeploy into another property or to withdraw.
