Step by step

Open Wallet → Deposit
Choose Bank transfer (NGN) or Crypto (USDT/USDC). The details shown are the live ISTRUCTURE accounts — there are no demo accounts on the platform.

Copy the exact details
For bank, use the account number and the reference code shown. For crypto, copy the address and match the network exactly (e.g. USDT on TRON is not USDT on Ethereum).
Tip: Always include the reference code — it's how your transfer is matched to your account.

Send the funds
Transfer from an account in your own name. Third-party transfers are rejected for compliance reasons.

Log the deposit
Submit the deposit form with amount and proof of payment. It enters the admin deposit queue as Pending.

Watch it clear
When an operator approves it, your wallet balance is credited and the entry appears in your Deposits history as Approved.

Bank transfers are typically credited within a few working hours; crypto after network confirmations plus review.
Are card payments supported?
Card payments run through our Paystack checkout where enabled — the option appears in the deposit screen when it's active for your region.
